The room I occupied felt a bit outdated, with an ancient carpet that could use an upgrade. The fridge in the room was unplugged upon arrival, causing some inconvenience with food going bad before it was addressed.

The location is comfortable and great in a beautiful area, just off Kagoshima, a mall with 100yen shop and a super market selling goods at a good price and restaurants and shops. And it's by Kotsuki river.

the bathroom was pretty good and the room itself large. the location offered was particularly good not far from the center, shopping centre, and daily falls of volcanic ash. it was not too far away from mos burger yojiro, serving fast food.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the on-site onsen was perfect after exploring places like Sakurajima and Amu Plaza. The shuttle to Chuo station made getting around super easy. Definitely grab some cakes from the hotel restaurant. They are delicious!
The only downside was that the free WiFi was a bit slow at night when it seemed too many guests were online.
